  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup; for smaller items, simply use the prepaid shipping label provided.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
